DESIGN OF EMBEDDED DATA ACQUISITION AND REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON LINUX


Abstract:

 With the development of embedded technology, embedded data acquisition and remote monitoring technology in production data monitoring application has become a new trend. Based on ARM-Linux embedded system, combined with open-source software SQLite and QT, in this paper we designed and implemented one kind of embedded data acquisition and remote monitor control system.
 This system realizes the data acquisition, data transmission, data storage and remote control function, and the system runs stably. The results show that the scheme is feasible, and the real-time property of data monitoring and remote control system improved, so it will have broad application prospects.
 Data station connected with sensors and a camera, the data station through ADC converter collect voltage data and sent to the server through the network, when the voltage exceeds the set threshold start camera and film a live image then sent to the server over the network. Server side connected with mouse and monitor, store the data to the SQLite database that received from the base station after parsed.
 Local users could view data and monitoring images through QT interface screen, and set data acquisition cycle of data station. Remote users could access
the server through a browser to view the data and the monitoring images, and set the data sampling period of data station.
