Hospital management system using RF Communication
OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this project is to send information to the inmates of the house that the patients are ill due to the deviation in the following sensors. It also sends the report to the Doctors by PC through RF wireless communication.

SCOPE:

Consider the case of a patient if he is seriously ill and he has to carefully observed, then this project is very useful. The project keeps the patient under complete observation. The project also sends a detailed description of the patient’s health status, which can be viewed only by the authority Doctor by the help of Iris recognition.

METHODOLOGY:

The Project is designed with the following blocks,

Ø  Micro controller
Ø  Display
Ø  Driver Circuit
Ø  Alarm
Ø  RF Transmitter/Receiver

DESCRIPTION

The Temperature sensor is used to senses the change body temperature. The Heart Beat sensor is used to measure the heart beats of the patients. Similarly the respiration sensor and drips rate sensor are used to sense the respiration and drips rate respectively. The output of the sensors is given to the microcontroller. A microcontroller (or MCU) is a computer-on-a-chip used to control any electronic device. The micro controller is programmed already according to our objective.  The corresponding measurements are displayed on the LCD display.
Then the output of the microcontroller is given to the encoder circuit. Encoder circuit converts analog signal into digital form for serial communication purpose. Afterwards the converted signal is passed to RF transmitter. It transmits the relevant signal to RF receiver through transmitting antenna. In receiver side, we should tune the relevant frequency range similar to transmitter for getting the proper result. So the modulated signal is getting through receiver antenna then it feeds to RF receiver for getting the original signal. Afterwards this signal is given to decoder circuit for converts’ digital signal into analog signal and finally gives to PC.
If any one measured parameter is above the set vale, the microcontroller activates the alarm driver circuit. Now the alarm makes the sound for indication. Also send the relevant data to PC. In PC only the authority doctor can view the patient’s medical information with the help of iris recognition. The biometric person authentication technique based on the pattern of the human iris is well suited for application to any access control system requiring a high level of security. The doctor iris is captured with the help of camera.

The Power line Transmission Based Hospital management with Iris Recognition system is can be mainly implemented in Hospitals. In Hospitals every patient in the ICU has to be kept under careful observation. Hence the project can be implemented to check any deviation from the normal conditions.
