WIRELESS ROBOT TO ROBOT COMMUNICATION

WIRELESS ROBOT TO ROBOT COMMUNICATION

Objective:
The object of this project is to make a wireless communication between two robots.
Scope:
This project is useful for the industrial remote controlled application such as carrying application and security application.
Brief Methodology:
            This project is designed with
Ø  Microcontroller
Ø  Driver Circuits along with Motors
Ø  Robot Model
Ø  Encoder
Ø  Decoder
Ø  RF transmitter and receiver
Ø  Object sensor.
In this project both robots are having wireless transmitter and receiver. RF transmitter has encoder for encoding the transmitting signal; RF receiver has decoder for decoding the receiving signals. Both robots having object sensor in front side for detects the objects. Normally the two robots are moving on their path, this path is already programmed in microcontroller. The microcontroller rotates the DC motor for move the robots. The object sensor is connected with microcontroller, if it detects the object it out puts a low pulse to controller. Using this controller can identify the object detection. When any one of robot detects the object and it will be stop by microcontroller and sends an indication about its breaking path to another robot through RF communication. If that robot receives this information by RF receiver, it will continue the stopped robot’s path, after finished its given path. Here the microcontroller is the flash type reprogrammable microcontroller in which we have already programmed with our objective. The microcontroller activates the driver circuit as per the instruction from the control side.

Advantage:
1.      Low power consumption.
2.      Simple mechanical design.
3.      We can control the robot effectively through wireless.

Application:
Wireless robot is useful in the industrial application where the application is very difficult to do manually at a place itself.
