WIRELESS THREE PHASE MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM

WIRELESS THREE PHASE MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Introduction:
An embedded system is a special-purpose computer system designed to perform a dedicated function. Since the system is dedicated to specific tasks, design engineers can optimize it, reducing the size and cost of the product. Embedded system is fast growing technology in various fields like industrial automation, home appliances, automobiles, aeronautics etc. Embedded technology uses PC or a controller to do the specified task and the programming is done using assembly language programming or embedded C.
Now more than ever, embedded systems designers are recognizing the value of wireless. From home light switches and entertainment systems to industrial controls to remote monitoring and communications, wireless is permeating an increasing variety of applications that might once have been thought of as either standalone or otherwise happily tethered to a wire of some sort.
Explanation:
The wireless three phase motor control system operating through remote system comprises of following components like Keypad, radio frequency transmitter, Radio frequency receiver, Microcontroller, Relay, and motor. The keypad contains buttons, according to the function number. That is used different key to variation of motor speed. According to the number we entered through the Keypad, the corresponding code is generated in a matrix form. The respective signal code is then transmitted to the receiver end using RF transmitter in wirelessly. The transmitted signal is then received by RF receiver and it sends to decoder. The signal gets decoded and it is given as an input signal to microcontroller. According to the entered number through keypad, the microcontroller sends the corresponding signal to the relay and control circuit which in turn operates the motor speed according to the condition specified. This type of system will be useful in industry areas, rice mill’s etc; this will have significant importance in these places.

Advantage:

  • Remote operation
  • Easy to handle
  • Less expensive
  • Accuracy
  • Economical

Application:

  • Automobile Industries
