POWER JACK OPERATING THROUGH REMOTE

Introduction:
When we are traveling in the road for a particular work, if suppose tyre get puncture it will be a big headache to remove the tyre and fixing up the stepney also it is not easy to lift the jack manually in the workshop. This makes the worker to get tired. It’s all a tedious work for the worker. In order to overcome this problem we have designed and developed a system called power jack operating through remote by having full control of the jack, we can easily lift it up and down by using the remote in wirelessly. This helps to reduce the burden of the worker.

Explanation:
            The power jack operating through remote system comprises of following components like Keypad, radio frequency transmitter, Radio frequency receiver, Microcontroller, Relay, and jack.
            The keypad contains buttons, according to the function number. That is, to uplift the jack enter 1, to down lift the jack enter2 to stop in one position enter 3. According to the number we entered through the Keypad, the corresponding code is generated in a matrix form. The respective signal code is then transmitted to the receiver end using RF transmitter in wirelessly.
            The transmitted signal is then received by RF receiver and it sends to decoder. The signal gets decoded and it is given as an input signal to microcontroller. According to the entered number through keypad, the microcontroller sends the corresponding signal to the relay which in turn operates the motor to uplift or down lift the jack according to the condition specified.
            This type of system will be useful in workshop areas, car manufacturing areas etc; this will have significant importance in these places.
