REMOTE MACHINE CONTROL AND RPM MONITORING THROUGH RF COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING
OBJECTIVE:
Aim of this project is to control the DC Motor speed and load through wireless with help of micro controller. The project has been proposed based on RF communication. Using sensors the industries major modules (like load shifting machine and lift controlling motor speed) can be monitored/control through this wireless communication.
The RF usually consists of encoder/decoder parts connected to a transmitter/receiver module which takes care of the transmission of digital signals by radio frequency. The RF range here implemented is 100 feet in indoor system and in outdoor it will work up to 200 feet without noise.
            In this project control of motor parameters as like load and voltage is done through RF remote. The key pad which is interfaced with micro-controller is programmed to control the motor. These data’s transmitted by RF transmitter.
            The transmitted signal can receive by RF receiver. The RF receiver has a decoder that decodes and gives the digital signal to controller. Depends upon the signal the controller generates the PWM pulse for MOSFET device. The MOSFET device which it is going to increase or decrease the voltage depends upon the (PWM) triggering pulse due to the variation in the voltage the speed can be control.
This project is implemented using Proximity sensor, RF Transmitter/Receiver, PIC micro-controller, driver unit for control the DC Motor.
