BLOOD PRESSURE AND BODY TEMPERATURE MONITOR BY CONTROLLER



            In the electronic equipments, mostly we prefer all the signals to be in digital form we are going to have the pressure values in the form of digital output. This type of system is employed in the hospitals, scanning centers; even in the house. The digital pressure meter consists of following components like blood pressure sensor, amplifier, A/D converter, microcontroller, display, alarm and a driver circuit.
            The pump is used to indicate the blood flow level and body temperature .the body temperature is displayed on LCD unit. If abnormal body temperature is detected which was intimated by alarm at the same time we measure blood pressure also. If the level of the blood increases the blood pressure sensor senses it and transmits the signal. The variation in the blood flow level varies the value of resistance in the bridge circuit. This causes the bridge circuit to be in unbalanced condition. The output from the bridge circuit will be given for further amplification, the amplified signal is converted into digital signal using A/D converter.
            The digitized input is given to microcontroller unit. There is a provision for display to indicate the pressure value. An algorithm is specified in the microcontroller with certain value. If the sensed value exceeds to certain limit, then the microcontroller sends the corresponding signal to alarm driver circuit which in turn enables the alarm unit. The alarm sound will indicate that, the pressure level exceeds the normal value.
